Range - Mirrors II DDH IPA

The Mirrors IPA series is a flavour experiment of three fresh and hazy IPAs. Brewed to showcase how the dry hop ratio alone can influence the overall profile of the beer. Each beer was brewed with the exact same recipe and process, apart from the dry-hopping volume. This double dry-hopped IPA is dry hopped at 20 grams per litre with a blend of Citra, Galaxy and Motueka hops. The 20g/l iteration is a punchy and assertive. Penetrating notes of melon, lime, passionfruit and orange citrus fill the palate and offer a mild bitterness on the back palate. Mirrors II has a bold flavour that is much more noticeable on the palate after each sip washes away. - Range Brewing
