Four generations of my family have been vignerons in South Autralia.  Over the last three decades in the Barossa Valley I was given the opportunity to make Australia's most famous wine.  The inspiration of the Barossa's best old vine, low yielding, Shiraz, Grenache, Mouvedre vineyards created PLEXUS; 'combining elements into a coherent structure'.
