The Rosado is made in the typical Spanish style from Tempranillo grapes. Hand harvested, a little whole bunch press & a little crush to catch some colour. A little barrel ferment, amphora & chilly tank to keep freshness. Simply racked once ferment finished, to blend & bottled. -Dormilona
