Domaine Rolet was founded in 1942 by Désiré Rolet before being passed on to his children. Today, the Domaine's vines average 45 years old and span 65ha across the Jura region of Eastern France, with vineyards in the AOCs of Arbois, Cotes du Jura, l'Etoile, and Chateau-Chalon.
